Monthly sales are between $10,000 - $7,000 pm depending on the season and the hotel utilise Booking.com, Agoda and Expedia and the owner is willing to show his pre-bookings and financials for the hotel.
The owner is selling the hotel due to his business concerns in his homeland and the asking price is $55,000, however, the owner is very keen to sell and therefore, is open and will accept reasonable offers.
